”I liked the location. The beach was great. I did not appreciate a fee for beach chairs and umbrellas, especially since we paid a resort fee. I don’t think the hotel is very clean. The same garbage was on the floor in front of our room the whole time. Our room was not cleaned when we checked in (pee in the toilet, lettuce on the counter, floors not vacuumed). The manager made it right but it took a LONG time and we had driven 10 hours to get there! I expected more for the price of this hotel.”

”We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...
