”The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. ”

”The staff were amazing, especially considering the surprise blizzard that hit us on my daughter’s birthday. The location is great but it truly was the staff that made the stay special. Between the concierge helping us prep for the storm to the front desk staff making it easy to extend our stay, to the cleaning staff making sure we had enough supplies to last throughout the storm, I can’t thank Hyatt enough for making a stressful situation easier. Would highly recommend. ”

”Hotelli oli toki arvostettu jo etukäteen kahdella tähdellä mutta kyllä huone olisi tarvinnut todella päivityksen, kylpyhuoneessa ainakin siellä peili rikki ja kylpyamme todella surkeassa kunnossa.”
