”La habitación muy limpia y cómodas, piscinas lindas excelente ambiente pero la comida sin variedad, no se podía reservar en ningún restaurante por que su capacidad era mínima, personal debería mejorar en atención al cliente, poco amables, sección de cafetería 5 cafeteras dañadas 1 funcional.
Mejorar los shows. Aclara que solo es barra incluida de licores nacionales. ”

”Very friendly staff, and always willing to help. Beautiful enviroment with pools, flowers and green everywhere. Beach short walking distance away and always beachchairs available. Many restaurants to choose from (for breakfast too).
Only problem was the non-existing soundproofing in the rooms. Although otherwise nice, the apartment was basicly a wooden box. You could hear everything from outside like walking and normal talking, but also from the room above you and beside you. And I mean...

”Breakfast buffet was the best. Other buffets were so so, and we ended up ordering off the menu which had great options. Watch your charges at Five O’clock Somewhere. ”Stayed here on our last day before flying home. Arrived before noon after checking out of another accommodation. We were prepared to have them hold our bags until our room was ready. Kenedra (sorry don’t remember her name exactly) at the front desk was amazing. She offered us an upgrade and let us check in immediately. We hung out at the pool for the afternoon. ”The room was clean.
The staff was very pleasant.
We hardly spent time in our room, but the beds were def comfortable and shower was great.
Shops nearby all in walking distances from the hotel. Very centrally located to all the tourists activity esp to Queen Emma Bridge.
For people looking to book this hotel. Be mindful there is parking charges but they are very minisule in parking lot in front of the hotel. 65cents per hour from (8a-6pm Mon-sat; free on Sunday and after 6pm. Would recommend to...
