”Air conditioning didn’t work, no soap or conditioner in room on arrival. Only once asked they replaced. TV was extremely laggy, strong smell of chlorine and no safety deposit box. Service at service desk was good and professional, breakfast was okay (although I found it weird, that juice had to be separately ordered) and free parking was a plus.
Price point (roughly 240 USD per night) was too expensive for the quality. I chose the hotel since I saw on some website that it was a four star...

”It was not bad. But you can tell they slapped renovations on into the rooms. The bathroom was not renovated at all neither were the hallways. The balcony door had rust on it and was kind of dirty. The cafe was really nice and the lobby area was great as well. Staff was nice enough. The coffee was great in the cafe and it is open from 7am to 2pm. But it definitely looks better on the outside and in pictures than in real life. Got a good deal so can’t complain tbh.”

”I paid for it online through Expedia. Did not know you needed another $1,000 down when you check in. which was unexpected so we couldn’t do what we wanted. paid for amenities and parking but did not use any amenities. And we had to do valet, even though we didn’t NEED it. Very nice property but read and review everything before you pay for it because it was a waste to me!”

”The location was excellent with close access to the beach, park, and walkable restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated.
There was a nice courtyard/ green space that was well kept up. Very quiet in the evenings.
It was advertised with a queen bed, but there was only a double when we checked in.
Still waiting for our damage deposit .”

”Pros: The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, well stocked and the location was phenomenal.
Cons: I reached out by message 6 hours prior to my arrival for access and was told I would receive an email later that day with instructions. Instructions were never received so I had to reach out twice by phone while at the front door in order to gain entry. Not ideal after a day of flying and driving.
A queen sized master bed was smaller than I was expecting.
