”This hotel has excellent location: all the attractions of Birmingham city center are just a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is courteous and helpful. Wi-Fi connection is ok, Breakfast is good though not great. Standard English breakfast items are well presented as well as cereals etc. No pancakes or smoked fish though, at least when I stayed there.”

”Great Hotel, located walking distance from the NEC. Perfect if you are going for an event in the NEC. The staff were very friendly and professional. We had no issues at all. We've parked in the multi storey which is a bit of a walk if you have loads of luggage but other than that we've enjoyed our stay and would come back. The sky bar and restaurant is very nice as well, would highly recommend.”

”Friendly staff, well stocked full breakfast. Rooms quiet despite central location on busy road. Only slight downside was rooms are very dry lacking humidity. Overall stay very positive and happy to stay again.”

”I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath”

”We loved the hotel.. It was clean and quiet. Unfortunately shower faucet was faulty and the shower pressure was a little low but we did manage with it.. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. There wasn't even cheese on the bread however, the fresh fruits cheered us up. ”

”This time was upgraded to an executive room which was basically the same but a lovely bed, shame the pillows were so hard. Staff were exceptional and really friendly, catering does leave a lot to be desired, no butter for Breakfast only margarine, and the evening menu is limited and expensive, but overall a much better experience.”

”Mukava, siisti hotelli. Vanhan-ajan tunnelmaa. Alapesusuihku puuttui ja valaistus heikko huoneessa. Jonkinlainen kirkasvalolamppu esim. meikkaamiseen olisi tarpeellinen. Useimmissa hotelleissa, tässäkin oli pesunesteet varsin voimakashajuisia. Uskoisin, että hajusteettomat tuotteet olisivat parempia, kaikille sopivia. Olimme varanneet ja maksaneet huoneen Hotels.comille kokonaisuudessaan, mutta lähtiessämme meitä veloitettiin aamukiireessä vielä "erehdyksessä" lisää. Rahat pahoitteluineen...

”The hotel itself worked fine, but the street building made the walking from the airport to the hotel difficult.”

”Ensimmäisessä huoneessa WC-istuin ja seinä rikki. Toisessa huoneessa ammeen viemäri tukossa ja vettä vuoti lattialle. Myös WC:n katossa vesivuotojälkiä. Huoneessa haisi kellari/home.”
