”We stayed just one night after attending a concert at the United Center, travelling in from the South Suburbs. It was a convenient walk from Millennium Station, then a CTA bus ride to the United Center. We felt safe returning to the hotel that night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The double bed, city view room was a nice size for two people. The beds were comfortable, as it was quiet to get a good night's rest. I would definitely stay again. ”

”Staff was great upon arrival, easy check in process and they were able to accommodate our party of 5 with robes and slippers for everyone. Room was clean and rollaway bed was also very clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the Uber/parking credit, as well as the room credit as part of their Amenities Fees, these were easy to redeem and were super convenient. We loved the location of this hotel, still feels like we’re part of the downtime, without the busyness of being in the main streets....

”My daughter and I went to Chicago to run the marathon. Booked The River hotel as it was one of the few hotels I could find with twin beds at a reasonable price located within walking distance to grant park. The room was compact but it was warm, clean, had a microwave oven, mini fridge and espresso machine. Location was absolutely brilliant. Magnificent mile just the other side of the river and plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful,...
