”A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”

”Hotel ligt in het buitengebied van Blagoevgrad. In de omgeving is niet veel te doen. Ligging is vooral goed om de rila meren en het klooster te bezoeken. Beide ca. een uur rijden. Hotel is wat verouderd maar wel schoon. Mooi zwembad bestaande uit verschillende baden (warm, koud, mineraalwater). Ontbijt is prima. 1x werd was er een buffet en de overige 2x een bereid ontbijt. Porties waren groot genoeg en lekker. Restaurant in het hotel is ook goed. Prima hotel als je de prachtige omgeving wil...

”Superb value for money. The staff was very helpful satisfying all our needs.the hotel provided a free shuttle bus service to bansko ski center that was great. Dinner was tasteful but Limited in selections. Even when our car was not running because of low battery due to freezing cold, they immediately helped us. Thanks kostadin for everything. We would surely stay again on your hotel on our next visit to bansko. by the way the hotel is a four star one and not three as mentioned.”
