”The hotel is located at a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre of Portree. The views from the hotel breakfast room and terrace are amazing! The lobby and bar area are nicely decorated and furnished. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and renovated bathroom. ”it’s a nice boutique hotel but the rooms are cozy and not too bad. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport but middle of nowhere. If you have to take a taxi service to Bowmore, which is the town center, for meals, It will cost 40 poundsround-trip. The hotel has a restaurant on site but sort of limited menu if you have any kind of meal restrictions or limitations. It is also close to a beach and has a golf course. The beach is beautiful and such a nice walk from the hotel.”

”The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed had a great view of the ocean. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was elegant yet comfortable. The food was delicious, especially the tallow potato wedges and the steak. They cooked it well-done all the way through, as I had ordered. The surrounding grounds were beautiful and peaceful. ”

”Our stay here was fantastic. Within easy walking distance of Stornoway's downtown area, the staff were friendly and accomodating. We stayed in the Duplex Apartment unit and enjoyed it very much. A 2-story unit with a large bed in a loft sleeping area with a small kitchen, living area with a couch and bathroom downstairs.
