”A really good hotel that had great facilities. Two restaurants with excellent choices. Two indoor pools - one just for hotel guests (the other for guests in the lodges). Several comfy rooms for chilling. Lovely grounds for walks and close enough to walk to Brodick. Everywhere is decorated to a very high standard. The staff are a mix of local and world wide - all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The whole hotel is dog friendly. Highly recommend ”

”When arriving (earlier than check-in time), the landlord was welcoming us heartly and both booked rooms were ready to move in. Rooms were really clean and well equipped and lately renovated. Location perfect, 5 mins walk from centre of Oban. When leaving all went smoothly and the lovely owner pair was fairwelling us. I can recommend from all of my heart.”

”Room was perfect. View from the room looking over the harbour. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing and the portions were large. No skimping on anything. Breakfast was really good and no pressure to rush. Will definitely recommend and return to this hotel if we can come back to Orkney. A big thank you to all the staff that looked after us. ”
