”I had a lovely stay at the Mull Hotel and Spa. The hotel and food were lovely. The staff were on another level amazing. They were friendly, helpful, attentive and so hardworking. They made the whole stay so special with such an amazing level of customer service. I'd like to especially mention the Head Receptionist, Holly. She was so.helpcul and friendly.

”Pros: Friendly staff. Fantastic English breakfast. Great location, walking distance from the ferry terminal and all stores near the Stronmess waterfront. Even without an elevator, the parking location made it easy to access the room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Showers had nice high water pressure that gave a massage feeling.
Cons: The building is historic, so the floors had older carpet. Newer flooring, e.g. newer carpet or luxury vinyl plank could improve the stay experience.

”This was a beautiful rural property with lots of character. the road in was a single lane road with lots of potholes, but once entering the property the driveway was great with easy parking. rooms were large on a courtyard configuration. On site restaurant served excellent food and staff was outstanding . The complimentary continental breakfast was awesome and a lot more then we have experienced in other establishments. An outstanding stay and will highly recommend.”

”Hotel is in beautiful location by the shore, the view from the dining room was impressive. Perhaps other rooms had view on the shore, ours was for the dining room. Location as in Broadford does not have much to offer, though... Room was ok, good value for the price but noisy, you could easily hear other guests walking upstairs, floors were squeky. Wifi only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms, which was a big minus.”

”Deer were in back of property. Maggie and the owner were both very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and heat took a while to warm up though we slept warm. Hot chocolate was really good. Also, both the Scottish breakfast and the pancake breakfast were good.”
