”The room was dated (East tower), old brown carpet and wallpaper. Poor lighting. Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early. Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators. Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor. Views from the room was great. ”

”Great location on Navy Pier. Just a few steps away from boat tours and 10 minute walk to downtown. Excellent room, especially liked the big chair to look out the window at Lake Michigan and the fabulous Chicago skyline. Hotel staff were very nice. Restaurant and bar were good. ”

”It was my first time in Chicago plus I was travelling with my two service dogs and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel option. The room and experience was very reminiscent of Fairmont (I usually stay at a Fairmont but I wasn't able to secure the room needed for the dates) but with a considerable cost savings so I definitely chose well. Will absolutely recommend The Felix to anyone I know travelling to Chicago as a solid hotel option.”

”Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”

”We stayed just one night after attending a concert at the United Center, travelling in from the South Suburbs. It was a convenient walk from Millennium Station, then a CTA bus ride to the United Center. We felt safe returning to the hotel that night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The double bed, city view room was a nice size for two people. The beds were comfortable, as it was quiet to get a good night's rest. I would definitely stay again. ”
