”Generally a very nice hotel in a decent location. Things generally worked well, the room was nice and staff were friendly. Not as trendy as some W Hotels but generally nice decor.”

”Mukavia ihmisiä, hieno huone, monta fiksua ratkaisua tiloissa. Ainoa puute oli että ravintolat oli kiinni, toki vierestä löytyy kaikkea. Hinta kompensoi tuota puutetta hyvin.”

”The staff were very kind when we requested to extend our stay -they made sure we got the best value as well. The rooms are small but well maintained. Perfect for a small weekend trip!”

”Pyysin esteeettömän huoneen. Sain huonen jossa oli turvallisuusriskejä. Se onneksi vaihdetiin turvallisempaan. Silti sänky oliliian korkealiikuntavammaiselle. Siivouksesta perittiin eri maksu, Maksuperusteita ei annettu etukäteen, joskin kerrottiin lisämaksuista ja varausmaksusta. Hotellissa oli jonkinlainen kioski-kahvila, ei ravintolaa. Avoinna vain aamulla ja illalla. Vastasi korkeintaan 3 tähden hotellia”

”I love the convenience of the location of this property to Michigan Ave. and the museums. The quality of the room could be improved. The toilet paper quality is terrible, the quality of the towels and bed linens are three star rated...and should be upgraded! Don't like that there is no carpeting in the hallways. It makes a noisy atmosphere. I asked for bottled water in my room and had to repeatedly ask for it every day....I stayed for a week! I should not have had to keep asking.”

”The room was dated (East tower), old brown carpet and wallpaper. Poor lighting. Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early. Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators. Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor. Views from the room was great. ”

”Needed a budget place for just sleeping in a central Chicago. For that purpose excellent choice due its location (metro + walking distace everywhere). Quiet+clean hotel and safe location. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip. Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. ”
