”The hotel was beautiful with the rooms built in a square around a dense jungle garden. There were two lovely pools - one in the garden and one on the rooftop. We had a beautiful contemporary room, well in fact a suite with two bedrooms and lounge/diner thanks to our VIP upgrade. The staff were very professional and helpful. We can’t comment on the restaurants as we didn’t use them. We were delighted with our stay. ”

”The hotel was very unique. Check-in experience was good... the drive to the hotel was a bit nerve wracking but, that is probably any resort in Tulum. Food while we were there at the resort was good, not amazing, but a solid breakfast. Service could probably be improved on, but they were busy and I could have learned the language. Room was clean, unique and shower was amazing. The acoustics in the room on Saturday night could not keep up with the music from the surrounding areas. ...
