”Nice resort. Small. Only four restaurants so if you are there for many nights you may get bored with the cuisine. Good was good except for the steak house.
After a good rain the rooms smell musty and like sewer. We stayed in the closest building to the pool. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The beach was nice. We went during seaweed season so there was a lot of seaweed daily on the beach. The staff worked night and day to try to clear it.
The staff was exceptional. Kind, friendly and helpful....

”Wonderful staff! We loved the restaurants. The wait staff is so friendly and fun. We were lucky enough to have Carlos as our waiter for 3 consecutive nights. Laura in concierge services was fenomenal. The entertainment crew put together lots of fun activities and music/dance each night. We had a great vacation”

”I will say the room was lovely and the first receptionist to book me in was excellent. But it went downhill from there. The beach was inaccessible and that is why we were there. And there pool was on top of a building, difficult for me who has mobility issues. The pool was also in need of maintenance. We used it for our granddaughter but never saw anyone else use it. ”We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Bahia Principe Grand Coba. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel welcome right from the start.
Coba is very family-oriented, with lots of activities, pools, and entertainment options—perfect for kids, who had an amazing time. The property is large and well-maintained, with shuttles making it easy to get around. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety to keep everyone happy.
