”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”

”Fabulous room nice and clean tidy, beautiful bathroom and the bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping on clouds! Towels provided are nice and large and enough provided. The staff are so friendly and welcoming always had a smile on their face, always said hello. Check-in was so easy and checkout also. The atmosphere in the evening at the hotel bar was fabulous and again staff are so friendly and attentive. Definitely will be staying again Thank you. ”

”The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before...

”We were in Cardiff for a concert. It is a fun event city. We likened the downtown atmosphere to the Fremont Street of the U.K. The city center has the train station, shopping, dining and nightlife, all within walking or Uber distance of Novotel. This historic hotel has a great aesthetic, fantastic food, friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again!”
