”Everything was very good except for guest parking. Could not get a spot when I checked in. Parked on the street and Monday on morning was late to pay for the street parking. Go a ticket. ”

”Nice place but the hallways to the rooms smelt stale and old. The room had mould stains on the roof. And the bedside tables were dusty. The staff under explained things and just assumed it was ok to charge the card used to book the room instead of asking first. For a 5 star hotel i would expect a lot more. ”

”Very close to the center and a nice hotel. But in such a famous hotel, we were very disappointed that there were no TV apps such as netflix youtube and Prime! Even lower star hotels have them now! ”

”This is not 5 stars how it is usually understood. Overall stay was okay. Bed is uncomfortable and air conditioning was not working well so bit too hot to sleep. Roomservice (cleaning) came only twice during our stay (6 days). Poolservice was poor. Sparkling wine ordered was with no bubbles and warm. Also fries were old and dried. Nobody asked how was our stay when checked out so this is not 5 stars at all but area was nice and convinient for our stay. ”

”Varasimme 1 makuuhuoneen huoneiston, mutta saimme 3 makuuhuoneen huoneiston. 2 kylpyhuonetta, poreamme, hyvä ilmastointi ja merinäköala. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö jossa mm. Expresso keitin ja astianpesukone. Kohtuuhyvä uima-allas ja ulkoporeallas. Kiva rauhallinen siisti paikka.”

”Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a family emergency, we were happy to have credit/new dates for the remaining nights, but unfortunately Expedia or the hotel would not honour this so we lost 3 nights accommodation!”

”The hotel was really peaceful and the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel locates a bit further out (300 m) of the "main street" from the beach front, so shops and restaurants are at 10 minutes walking distance. The beach is 50 m away, but swimming at that point is on your own risk - stinger and crocodile protected area with a net can be found just 800 m ahead. Pool area is nice and there are suitable pools for all ages.”

”Rauhallinen alue. Ei mitään häiriötekijöitä. Erittäin hyvä taso. Tilava. Bonuksena huoneistossa oli avattavat olohuoneen/terassin seinat. Ilmastointi pelasi hyvin. uima-allas oli siisti. Ravintolat sopivalla etäisyydellä. Autohalli ja turvaportit myös mukava lisä. Hyvä gollfkenttä (Paradise Palms, 18 reikää) lähellä.”

”The staff are absolutely wonderful. The hotel is dated. It had its hey day in the 70s and everything is still from that era. The mattress is lumpy and old. The shower is tiny and it’s impossible not to get your hair wet with the rain shower that was obviously installed afterwards and does not belong in the tiny shower stall. The porcelain sink had hundreds of hairline cracks. You will need to buy your own toiletries if you don’t want to smell like a man-cedarwood and juniper. I want to finish on...
