”Erittäin tyylikäs hotelli. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta, kuten 5 tähden hotellissa kuuluukin olla. Hotellihuoneet tilavia ja siistejä, huoneet hyvin äänieristetyt. Huoneet siivottiin kahdesti päivässä aamuin illoin, molempina kertoina sai uudet pyyhkeet. Hotellin yökerhossa elävää musiikkia lähes joka ilta ja ihan hyviä esiintyjiä, ainakin ne jotka me kävimme katsomassa. Yksi moitekin mahtuu joukkoon, eli yökerhosta ei saanut suolapähkinöitä, vaan piti tyytyä sipseihin :)”

”Location is amazing. Great selection of good restaurants and shopping around the corner. The room only had a small rack for clothes, no other storage - we had to store everything else than jackets in our suitcases. We also had a problem with AC/heating one day but the staff was able to fix it within a couple hours. ”

”The front desk service is great. Very friendly and helpful. Also restaurant staff is nice. The housekeeping was the worst I have experienced. Literally the laziest cleaning u can imagine. I had to call every day cause hk always forgot something (like towels?? Basic stuff in my opinion). The breakfast is ok, wish they had more healthy stuff than sweets (basic tomatoes, cucumbers etc). The rooms are very beautiful but has zero storage space. We had one closet to share for a week. Overall good...

I was negatively surprised about weak service in hotel, too little staff and multiple mistakes like I only got room 6 PM in the evening, They brought wrong luggage to my room, Room keys didn't work twice, Wrong food to my table in the restaurant, not staff all the time available in rooftop pool. ”Great hotel in a lovely neighborhood. Terrace and poom area were perfect for hot summer weather and staff was really helpful. Our room was located below the terrace restaurant so there were some noise from furniture moving at midnight as well as street noise. Other than that we were really pleased with our stay and can highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in Barcelona. ”

”Hotelli oli sijainniltaan kohtuullisen hyvässä paikassa. Yleisilme oli siisti, mutta ahdas. Huone oli pettymys. Tilava mutta kulahtanut, seinät paperia, kaikki avointa tilaa. Vessassa ei ollut käsien pesu mahdollisuutta vaan piti kävellä huoneen läpi kylpyhuoneeseen (jossa ei ovea)... Huoneen laatu ja yöpymisen hinta ei kohtaa. En mene toista kertaa.”
