”Cotton is well designed place. Rooms are small but that is typical in Barcelona. I was negatively surprised about weak service in hotel, too little staff and multiple mistakes like I only got room 6 PM in the evening, They brought wrong luggage to my room, Room keys didn't work twice, Wrong food to my table in the restaurant, not staff all the time available in rooftop pool. Rooftop pool is very small and many guests needed to turn back since not many beds. wifi dint work everywhere.They also...

”Disappointing. We knew we were overpaying for the brand, the location and the indoor pool. However, because it is the MO, the expectations are always high. We took 2 rooms, both very small and unpractical. The Urquiola design misses the spot. All the "details" are unfinished or not fully developed, and poorly executed. ”Waited more from breakfast, no so fresh bread, served yestardays bread at least on early breakfast, omelette strange, never met so bad. Service good and kind. On balcony rooms roof on balcony would be good to add, water from sky or from pool area was seen during our visit”

”Great hotel in a lovely neighborhood. Terrace and poom area were perfect for hot summer weather and staff was really helpful. Our room was located below the terrace restaurant so there were some noise from furniture moving at midnight as well as street noise. Other than that we were really pleased with our stay and can highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in Barcelona. ”

”Not a five star experience for Valentine's we we're looking for. Cons: - The room was not tidy. The rug had not been cleaned and the bathtub was not clean. - The shampoos and lotions in the bathroom were used and almost empty. - The view from the terrace was not good and in fact they had installed smoke-glasses to block the view. - The area did not have that many good cafeterias near the hotel. - "Free bottled water" meant one free 0,5L bottle. So we had to buy the drinking water...
