”Hotelli ja sen palvelut ovat loistavia. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä joilla on aina aikaa. Valet parkin on hieman kallis ja hankala koska siitä veloitetaan jokaisella kerralla kun pyydät autoa samankin päivän aikana. Lisäksi auton saamiseen pitää varata 45 min.”

”I was travelling alone with my teenage boy. Once we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a lot better room or flat actually with kitchen and nice views Which was very nice since we were not out late. The cleaning lady did a wonderful job and the doormen made us feel like home. If I ever go to New York I will definately pick the Langham. Thank you very much!”

”Everything else was great but the quality of service varies a great deal, especially at reception and at the lobby area. So, take an attitude that he or she is just having one of those days.. I heard that the new owners of the hotel have cut of some benefits and that's why some employees don't enjoy their work like they used to. In my opinion as lovely the sorroundings might be, the quality of the hotel depends a lot of its personel's heart to go to work and share their inner kindness and love....

”We chose the St.Regis for its famous lobby and bar and classic charm. We were not told until just before our arrival that the lobby was being renovated and off limits and the bar and restaurant were closed. We understand those are being modernized and the beautiful rooms will also be modernized. Exactly what we do not want, so we will not return.”

”The location of the hotel is excellent if you arrive by train from the airport. The hotel was neat and above all clean. The hotel's price-quality ratio is excellent. I recommend this hotel.”

”The quality of service, has deteriorated considerably especially in front desk. The restaurant service was never good in this hotel, starting from the two lady hosts in the morning, waiters who are far from caring, absolutely indifferent and unhappy people waiters ( one time they brought me another food, something I did not order ). On the other hand, they have an impeccable house keeping service. The hotel, rooms, location all are very very good. ”

I encountered several shortcomings in service and amenities that did not meet my anticipated standards. Fortunately, I received a full refund, which was a positive aspect. I recommend travelers to consider other options instead of this hotel.”
