The room was very dusty. I understand that the front desk staff does not routinely go in the rooms, but the hotel manager should at least inspect rooms randomly. That way, the staff will be more careful cleaning all the rooms.
The other setback is the fact that this hotel does not give any fridge or microwave. Because of my business, I stay in hotels in the city a lot. I have stayed at many around time square. I have stuck to Sheraton (nearby) b/c they give me those. I wanted to try another hotel for 3 days this past weekend, but not giving a fridge was a turnoff b/c I usually get some fresh juice, yogurt and fruits so that I don't have to go out every time I need to eat something fresh.
Otherwise, the staff was very nice and helpful.
