”Great location on the beach and near the pier! Lovely old building and large rooms with big, beautiful marble bathrooms. They only offereda 20 pound buffet breakfast in the dining room and no dinner service. We had a la carte breakfast room service but it was cold. Filtered for laundry on Expedia website and it showed laundry facilities but none were available.”

”Staff were super and the bed and pillows were amazing. Our room had air con, which was turned off when we arrived. It was extremely hot. Full sun had been on the room all day and it was like an oven. We turned the air con on and didn't make much difference. We did not sleep at all well We checked out early at 7.30 am as we we had to look after our grandchildren . We were not able to have breakfast which we had paid for as they didn't start service until 8.30 am All doors were locked...

”Our second visit and it certainly did not disappoint. From our arrival, being met in the car park, through our stay to the very last minute, the staff could not do enough for us. Room was spacious and well laid out. Lemon cake already in the room was delicious. Grounds are amazing especially if like me, you are interested in plants, their growth and wellbeing. The orchard and veg/herb gardens are a joy. We opted for the tasting menu which was wonderful. Strawberry dessert was to die...

”Really delightful experience, with a particularly scrumptious breakfast! Down in Bognor Regis for one of my best friend's milestone birthdays and needed a quiet, peaceful, countryside bolt hole to overnight in. My room was clean, easily accessible and tucked away out of the hubbub of pub flow. I enjoyed the novelty of the four poster bed, the rainfall drench shower, and the tasteful decor. The staff were polite and appropriately attentive. Just lovely.”
