”I love this hotel. It’s clean and really nicely decorated. Amazing gym to workout. The breakfast buffet is super tasty and the rooftop pool is the place to enjoy you day and have excellent sushi lunch. I can’t wait to go back! ”

”Excelente ubicación con varias opciones de restaurantes para ir caminando. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia, también con un buen diseño. El servicio del front desk muy bueno. El único comentario para mejorar es que el servicio de ama de llaves no funciona luego de las 10pm y como hicimos late check in necesitábamos apoyo con el set up del sofá-cama (sábanas y colcha) y tuvimos que esperar 15-20min. Definitivamente nos hospedaríamos de nuevo aquí.”

”The hotel is very nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are very nice and helpful. I like the beach and the pool. Also, I had 2 hour free bikes per day. That was fun. I stayed for 6 days with my child. The only downside is the pots and pans are giving upon request and they aren't in good condition. They are really scratched so I had to buy some. I didn't have a dishwasher but that is probably due to the type of room I choose. The last day of my stay I had to request for the maid to...

”I have going to the Biltmore for over thirty years. The hotel and architecture is amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel needs some tend loving care. The pool area was disgusting. There is NO REASON why this area should be unkept with the paint on pool deck almost too disgusting to walk on. Holes in the stucco from the parrots. I know its the off-season but the condition of the pool (with large junks of plaster coming off the bottom of the pool) and the paint on the pool deck, well it was not...

”Relaxing stay at this boutique hotel. On the beach and hotel provides 2 chairs and an umbrella. Very clean and nicely decorated. Aguasal restaurant is very tasty, along with the food by the pool. Service was great everywhere. The rooms are pretty small, but clean and modern. Mid-beach is a quaint area— not happening like South Beach. The beach boardwalk is lovely and there are a few restaurants walking distance from hotel, but not huge selection. ”
