”Service level doesn’t meet the criteria of a 5 star hotel. Young personnel who doesn’t have proper management and therefore many things go wrong. A decent 4 star hotel, but definitely not 5 star experience. ”

”The paid breakfast did not include any egg dished. You have to pay extra of them even if you have paid breakfast in your reservation, which I think is odd. The breakfadt was not so good otherwise also.”

”Nice hotel in excellent location: large and clean room (without view) and bathroom, metro and RER train stations in walking distance as well as a couple of large shopping centers. If taxi needed, please order in the reception (taxis in the public La Defense stations will drive only to Paris city center).”

Sitä piti erikseen pyytää moneen kertaan, samoin etukäteen tilattua lisävuodetta lapselle. Varsin hintavan hotellin junior sviitissä olettaisi asioiden sujuvan sulavammin ja huoneen tulevan siivotuksi päivän aikana.”

”Personnel reminded us about our previous visit - service was really dedicated and prompt. One little detail was that the included breakfast could be ordered to room until 12 o´clock without extra cost.”

”We only stayed at this hotel for one night and had asked for early check in which wasn’t possible. They told us our room would be ready by 3 and they would let us know. We continued to wait in the lobby. My husband finally asked them around 3:45pm if the room was ready, to which they replied “oh yes, it’s been ready but we forgot to tell you”. That was super frustrating for us since we traveled that morning and had plans to see museums later in the day, which did not work out. The staff did make...

”A superb hotel that managed to exceed my already high expectations. The room was stylish and really the best I've seen so far. Also the staff was very friendly and attentive. The service level was incredibly high and also consistent - everyone from managers to doormen, housekeepers and restaurant staff really did their best.
