”It’s iconic and deserves all the prestige and acclaim. The lobby and restaurants are stunning and immersed in history and famous movies. The floral arrangements are breathtaking and probably the cost of a small car! The staff is extremely and friendly and very fast to respond to anything. The only challenge are the elevators which get packed quickly and during busy times are full if you are on a middle floor ”

Once we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a lot better room or flat actually with kitchen and nice views Which was very nice since we were not out late. The cleaning lady did a wonderful job and the doormen made us feel like home. If I ever go to New York I will definately pick the Langham. Thank you very much!”
