”All was well. Except for two things For an hotel of this class there should be USB ports to charge phones and ipads in the room. There weren’t and it wasn’t easy to recharge. The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea. Maybe think about more training? But except for this, all was fine”

”Absolutely NOT a five star hotel when it comes to the room and facilities, corridors and elevators. Pool was out of order, which was a huge disappointment with 31 degrees, as it was the criteria to choose the hotel. Service was friendly. Breakfast good, but completely overpriced. Would not go again.”

”This 1 of 2 sister properties in Honfluer. We dined at the sister property. It was delicious and with an attentive staff. Our location, closer to center of town, was an oasis of peacefulness, the room were impeccable and the staff always made sure all of our questions, needs or wants were met. ”
