”Service level doesn’t meet the criteria of a 5 star hotel. Young personnel who doesn’t have proper management and therefore many things go wrong. A decent 4 star hotel, but definitely not 5 star experience. ”

”The paid breakfast did not include any egg dished. You have to pay extra of them even if you have paid breakfast in your reservation, which I think is odd. The breakfadt was not so good otherwise also.”

”Pitkä viikonloppu Pariisissa teini-ikäisten poikien kanssa. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava. Ikkunat eivät äänieristettyjä, mutta katu oli rauhallinen. SPA oli tyylikäs ja siisti, ja siellä saimme olla melkein yksin joka päivä. Henkilökunta ei ihan ymmärtänyt toiveitamme erillisistä peitoista (emme puhu ranskaa), mutta yritys oli kova. Aamupala oli erinomainen samoin kuin pienet yllätykset iltaisin, mm. shamppanja, suklaa, jne. Voisimme tulla uudestaan.”
