”Fantastic property with wonderful staff to match it! From the moment we arrived the valets were friendly and accommodating, followed by an efficient and friendly front desk staff. Turn down service left us with a nice welcome note and cookies to enjoy in the evening. The room was thoughtfully appointed and beds and bedding were divine. Just outstanding stay! I only regret not being able to enjoy a meal in the wonderful on site restaurants or a drink at the bar but I will be back for sure!...

”Luxury hotel with excellent location. The staff was otherwise very helpful and polite, but both when checking in and when checking out they were almost rude. We did not have any issues either time, so it was surprising. Odd to place persons with such low service attitude at the front desk. ”

”It’s iconic and deserves all the prestige and acclaim. The lobby and restaurants are stunning and immersed in history and famous movies. The floral arrangements are breathtaking and probably the cost of a small car! The staff is extremely and friendly and very fast to respond to anything. The only challenge are the elevators which get packed quickly and during busy times are full if you are on a middle floor ”

”I was travelling alone with my teenage boy. Once we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a lot better room or flat actually with kitchen and nice views Which was very nice since we were not out late. The cleaning lady did a wonderful job and the doormen made us feel like home. If I ever go to New York I will definately pick the Langham. Thank you very much!”
