Once we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a lot better room or flat actually with kitchen and nice views Which was very nice since we were not out late. The cleaning lady did a wonderful job and the doormen made us feel like home. If I ever go to New York I will definately pick the Langham. Thank you very much!”

”Everything else was great but the quality of service varies a great deal, especially at reception and at the lobby area. So, take an attitude that he or she is just having one of those days.. I heard that the new owners of the hotel have cut of some benefits and that's why some employees don't enjoy their work like they used to. In my opinion as lovely the sorroundings might be, the quality of the hotel depends a lot of its personel's heart to go to work and share their inner kindness and love....

”A great hotel that is centrally located...shopping, and fine dining and so close to Central Park. Everything was 1 environmentally sustainable. But one that struck me was how wonderful and friendly the staff were... everyone was so welcoming. I love 1 Hotel and will stay here when I return to NYC.”
