I encountered several shortcomings in service and amenities that did not meet my anticipated standards. Fortunately, I received a full refund, which was a positive aspect. ”I was travelling alone with my teenage boy. Once we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a lot better room or flat actually with kitchen and nice views Which was very nice since we were not out late. The cleaning lady did a wonderful job and the doormen made us feel like home. If I ever go to New York I will definately pick the Langham. Thank you very much!”

”A lovely hotel in a great area of Williamsburg super close to all the shops, parks and restaurants. Room was a great size for NYC, with a comfortable bed, balcony and decent sized en suite. Well stocked and varied mini bar, pod coffee maker and quick room service. Breakfast at Leuca was hot and miss depending on the server you had, but we mainly chose to explore the local restaurants and coffee shops for meals as the choice is immense. Would visit Williamsburg and stay here again. ”

”Everything else was great but the quality of service varies a great deal, especially at reception and at the lobby area. So, take an attitude that he or she is just having one of those days.. I heard that the new owners of the hotel have cut of some benefits and that's why some employees don't enjoy their work like they used to. In my opinion as lovely the sorroundings might be, the quality of the hotel depends a lot of its personel's heart to go to work and share their inner kindness and love....
