”The staff was very kind and helpful however the hotel itself was not great, a lot of odd staining in the room/furniture. We were additionally charged $500 at 11:23pm for a smoking fee that the sensors detected earlier in the day. Once we received the report for the sensor, it was citing an incident that took place when we weren’t present in the hotel at all. I was charged the $500 regardless and hotel staff are unable to do anything about it(not their faults). I am now in a week long process of...

”This property was a dump. There were random people just sitting on the ground adjacent to the property. I was checking in; I could tell the lady was about to have an attitude with me. Then some random lady who evidently worked on the property burst in demanding keys and threatening the front desk woman that she’s going to call management on her or something. There was a heated exchange and the woman checking me in slammed a clipboard down for her and tossed keys onto the counter then the other...
