”The staff was really nice. Nice options for breakfast. My children and grandson really enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient for traveling to different locations. The negative issue was the smell entering the room. I had to open the windows and spray Lysol but didn’t help. The room was very clean and neat though. The cleaning lady was friendly as well. No problems with the Wi-Fi.”

”The double room was very small. The door would not close all the way you could see the light from outside from the side and from under the door room 332. The Blanket had smoke holes in it more than a few and pretty big size. The staff was nice tho. People live there full time- no judgement tho just making a statement .”

”This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been into when I walk in and got a room and my room was on the third floor. I got into the elevator. The elevator smelled. I got out of the elevator, and there was smell coming from the dingy carpet and it wasn’t lit and I all opened up the door to go in the room and I swear I was getting a room at a shelter refrigerator at rust thousand rust spots on it. The room was homeless looking shelter furniture if I didn’t have a 15 hour layover, I would’ve left...

”My stay was good. The hotel is being maintained but I had just 3 issues. 1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th. 2. I asked for a quiet room and the night before check-out someone placed a family with a baby and 1 toddler and 1 small dog into the room just next door. Our last morning was noisy. 3. A huge...

”Clean room”

”The staff, room, bed, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. However, the breakfast experience was just okay and a bit chaotic. The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable.”

”Everything was great. Front desk were very professional And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect.”

”It was okay definitely outdated for my liking I definitely will go with another hotel in the area for a little more cost just to be more comfortable but for the price point I suppose it's decent esp if you just using it just for a nights stay or will mostly be busy out during the stay.”
