”When I checked in, I was sent to a room type different than my reservation. When I returned to the desk, only then was I was then given the room in accordance with my reservation. There was a large group of pre-teen girls staying in a room directly across from my room. They played in the hall, running, making noise, and slamming the room door on Saturday and Sunday. I complained to the front desk, but the noise level did not diminish. The breakfast was average. There are renovations taking...

”Our room was clean enough but the shower and sink drain were clogged. Both were extremely slow to drain, leaving you standing in a puddle while showering. The bathroom ceiling obviously had a previous leak but no one attempted to repaint the water stains, wall paper was peeling in the room, wall paper in the dining area was peeling (showing signs of mold), the dining room chairs were in need of replacing. The breakfast selection was not very appealing, in fact my 10 yr old walked away...

”Parking was easy, Room service came every day to make the bed and clean the room. The bedding "mattress" was very hard and uncomfortable and seemed to wore out. ”

”It’s a 2 star hotel. My room had two lamps, but one bulb between them. The bedding is thin so you’ll need to crank up the heat during the winter. The front desk staff and shuttle driver were friendly. ”

”Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and came with everything you’d usually need and more. We had a mini kitchen, a large couch, a lovely bathroom. It was decorated nicely. The different staff members we interacted with, all of them were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”First of all, when we checked in we were not told where the elevators were. We were walking around, lugging our suitcases and exhausted. Someone asked what we were looking for and he directed us to the elevators. Turns out they were the wrong ones and had to walk halfway around the hotel to find the correct ones. Also, the benches in the restaurant area are peeling. It is something that needs to be addressed. ”

”This Aloft is surprisingly rundown. Surfaces were frequently chipped or pealing. Paint also chipped or discolored. Staff were great but the facility needs attention. ”
