”BE warned that you have to pay for parking at this hotel. $40 if booked online, or $10 at the hotel...who that makes sense is beyond me. They have a very fancy, hand written piece of paper taped over a parking sign informing you of the $10. Also, breakfast was missing cinnamon rolls because the truck didn't come in and the pancake machine was broken.”

”I booked this hotel last minute through Expedia after our flight was cancelled at 10pm. Arrived at the hotel to be informed that there was no air conditioning or hot water. With a group of 10 at 11pm and no place else to go, we stayed. It was awful. The hotel should have been shut down or at least put a disclaimer on the booking about what was happening there. According to our shuttle driver this is not a new issue for this place. Do not stay here!!!”

”I arrived at the property to be told I had no reservation. The attendant said it was probably at their other location about 1/2 mile away. Went to that location and was told there was no reservation. I double checked my booking and it said it was the original location. Didn’t stay at either one. Rebooked somewhere else. Both places seem a little shady”

”The water didn’t get hot , only one elevator worked, there was a fire crew called out but know alarms went off because they don’t work properly. Contacted staff they was not helpful at all.”

”Staff were good. The room & kitchen net was clean but the floor was not even/ or leveled up. The chair with wheels kept rolling over to other side of the room. Plus all the water in the bathroom while taking shower did not lead to the drain it went to the other side… had to wipe it off immediately with towels on the floor. Bad experience!!”

”You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great! ”

”Room door lock didn’t work properly. Hadto fidget with it often so the dope latches work release and/or lock. MAintenance said I wasn’t using the door correctly and there was nothing wrong with the lock. Not the case at all. It’s broken !”
