”Great little place for a single or a couple in need of a home base. The place is in a great location if you're headed to the beaches, Sea World etc. The lack of an oven/stove or any real kitchen makes it tough to do any cooking or meals. But, if you are going to be out and about most of the time, are not planning on doing much cooking, and just need a bed and a shower, this place fits the bill. ”This is probably the nicest place in which I have stayed in my thirty or so years of traveling to San Diego. And Rico was a superb host.
But I didn’t have to ask him for much, as he provided an abundance of sundries and drinks.
Highest recommendation.”

”A beautiful apartment! Definitely going to reserve that location for more days next time. Kitchen is great and loved having upstairs-downstairs for separate spaces when one of us was working”

”The bed was raised, and I could not get into it. The tub is very deep, and it was difficult to step over the side. There were no tissues, so I used toilet paper. Trains/trolleys ran right outside the window late at night.”
