”Hostel was well-kept and the bathrooms and kitchen were always clean. The lockers in dorms could be bigger, I would’ve liked more space to lock things up. 6 bed dorm felt too small and crowded with everyone’s bags and suitcases on the floor. It was ok for a short stay but I wouldn’t choose it again. The hostel is good option if you want to be seaside, it’s only steps away from the beach. Just know that without car you need to be catching buses or Ubers to go anywhere in San Diego, it’s not...

”Nice and relaxed hostel in the city centre. Stayed here with a friend in March 2016. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was perfect and rooms were ok too, though I guess they can be hot in the summer as there was no air conditioning. Only negative thing is the noise coming from sirens and the bar downstairs, but earplugs help!”
