”The breakfast offerings are very good, and the rooms are very clean. The rooms do not have a luggage rack, so I had to put my suitcase on the small desk. The room also does not have a refrigerator which I really like for cold drinks, and leftovers. Also, there is not a lot of variety for food in the area… mostly Chinese restaurants. But the location worked really well for me.”

”This hotel was a good deal, with great location near the 36 St Subway. New hotel, comfy bed, working wifi, very nice bathroom. Nice surprise that we had breakfast included, although it was very limited. Our only problem during our stay was the towel issue-we were lacking at least one out of two towels every day.”

”Just terrible. First, my car would barely fit down the alleyway to the parking lot. Then, the room reeked of a strong chemical odor. I had to keep a window open just in order to breathe without feeling dizzy. The bed was 4 feet off the ground, was filled with broken springs and was so loud that I couldn’t sleep over the noise. The only “furniture” in the room was what appeared to be a wobbly lawn chair. BEWARE if booking a room in this establishment. I had to forego the 2nd night I had booked...

”It was safe and clean. Bathroom was excellent, but i thought we were getting two queen beds and they definitely were not queen size beds. The rooms were pretty tight for 3 people. Coffee was not good and poor selection of creamers/sweeteners. Breakfast was satisfactory, aside from the coffee. I can not stress enough that it felt safe. Especially for people from Nebraska who had no idea about the area. ”

”Suited my basic needs ! And the price was lower than most other options. The building is newly renovated, and the room was small but clean & comfortable. Once I was in the room: all good. But externally: the "lobby" is negligible, the "breakfast" is a to-go bag of uninteresting snacks, it's a so-so sketchy neighborhood, a 10-15 minute walk to a subway station. the staff are helpful, but difficult to understand (heavy Indian accents)”

”Wonderful place. Great staff. Only problem was the heater was set at 89 degrees when we arrived and it took hours to cool it down ”

”The room was ok, however pretty sure there were sex workers throughout the night as it was incredibly loud and went on for hours and you could hear them banging doors when finished and walking out of the rooms . I will not stay again and thankful I didn’t go with my child. ”
