”The service of the staff were excellent in service at the bar and service of my evening meal and breakfast. But unfortunately when I went into my room it was very cold and the heating in the room did not seam to work I needed to keep the bathroom door open to try and let the radiator in that room to try and help heat the bedroom. When I said about this I was told it was because I was a last minute booking so they never had the heating on in the room. The next issue I had was there was not hot...

”Hotel was quite basic and our room didn’t reflect the photos shown here on this site. Our bathroom had mould on the roof, was very small and just felt quite old. The bed had a fancy coloured light at the back of it however I think the rest of the room needed a little TLC to freshen it up. ”

”Perfect place to stay with a dog. The mattress could do with an upgrade but otherwise very comfortable although there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products in the accommodation. Food is excellent. ”

”We had an excellent stay at Dunallan House! Steve and Ginny were brilliant hosts, so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable of the local area. The room was very cosy and clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very tasty and we loved Steve coming through to chat. Would love to visit again in the future, thank you! ”
