”Room smelled so fresh when we walked in, it was good size and very clean, a comfortable bed and buffet breakfast was nice next morning. All staff were lovely and friendly!! A lot of nice walks around.”
”The staff were great but the property could do with a bit of an upgrade. Shower nozzle was blocked and the shower gel was empty. That being said it was not expensive and we had good craic with Dougie and the other locals in the bar.”
”Beautifully updated property near Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was large with a king size bed, a lovely view from the window, large bathroom room with a large enclosed shower. Nice soap and shampoo.

”Frances is such a brilliant host. I arrived to tea and freshly baked scones and a lovely chat after my 3 hour drive from Loch Ness. The shared kitchen/lounge has plenty of room for guests and my room was large and spotlessly clean. I had the opportunity to chat to other guests and in the evening a short walk took me to the Village Green where the pipe band was playing. We slept in so we didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be amazing. The host are incredibly friendly and accommodating. ”We had a very enjoyable stay at the Kippen Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast each morning. The bar and waitress staff were really helpful in helping us with some bags and even getting us some scales to weigh our luggage for a flight. It was much appreciated. Sijainti pienessä kylässä, jossa mukavia pubeja ja lyhyempiäkin vaellusreittejä. Monipuolinen aamiainen seisovasta pöydästä.

"There is nothing special in this hotel chain. Old concept, needs refurbishing. The reseptionist did not explain the services at check in. Location near the railway station means there are drug users in the neighbourhood. "
