”Service, friendliness of the staff, and of course the location were excellent! 5/5 rating for the staff. However, I received a wheelchair friendly / accessible room for some reason so everything in the bathroom (sink, mirror etc.) were placed very very low. The room was surprisingly a bit worn out, despite the hotel is relatively new with a higher price point.”

”We had a very lovely stay at this hotel. Room was tidy and is cleaned everyday if you want. Staff was friendly and approachable. We didn't have any problems at the hotel. Didn't use the restaurant. It is quite in the middle of the city, close to Great Portland Street underground station but not far if you want to walk around to british museum or Regent's park. ”Really clean and spacious room with free upgrade ! Bed was enormous and really comfy with pristine bedding. Bathroom had freestanding bath and large shower and was immaculate. The balcony in warmer weather would have been super, however in december it wasnt used. Nespresso machine, mini bar with different snacks, tea and coffee, i particularly liked the mini bottles of milk for hot drinks ! Rituals bathroom toiletries were nice. ”The location is good. The public areas were really small and the general feel for the hotel is that it is s 3 star hotel trying to be 4 star hotel. Not very much value for the money, so next time in London I will not come to Mandeville hotel to pay extra because of the location. The air in our room was stuffy, and tobacco smelled from somewhere which was strange. The personnel was friendly but some of them very inenperienced. ”

”Hotelli oli kivenheiton päässä Thames-joesta. Hotelli oli vanhan Lontoon puolella. Thamesia pitkin pystyi kävelemän London eylle. Metroasemalle kävelyä oli jonkin verran, mutta ei liikaa. Bussit liikkui hotellin edestä, jolla pystyi liikkumaan metroille tai muille alueille. Huoneet siistit, ilmastoidut, siivottiin joka päivä. Aamiaisella oli tarjolla mannermaisesti syötävää. ”Siisti ja mukava hotelli aivan underground aseman vieressä ja tower of London maisemalla. Auttavainen henkilökunta. Upeat näkymät kattoterassin baarista, mutta olisin toivonut että aamupala on myös kattotetassikerroksrssa. Huoneet ovat pieniä ja vessa/suihku on sellainen lasikoppi, mutta lapsi tykkäsi kun vessan valoja sai muutella kaikissa väreissä vähän niin kuin diskovessa. Aika kallis oli, mutta jos hotelli sijaitsee näin keskeisellä paikalla, niin kallista on. ”

”Beautiful, modern and stylish hotel. Location is great as there are several tube stations and bus stops nearby and Westfield shopping center just around the corner. Room was nice and super clean and the decor was lovely. Sadly, the bed is quite narrow which means that is was difficult for two people to sleep.
