”We had a standard room which was suitably spacious for a comfortable stay. The check in process was simple and straight forward. Guest who book on Expedia (or other we sites) are required to pay £15 for spa access, whereas direct book guest pay £10 for the same service. The spa is nice, but it’s a bit small. It wasn’t very busy so I had no issues whatsoever. But if it’s busier be aware: the sauna and steam room fits 2-3 people only, the whirlpool is suitable for 4 people. The pool is very...

”Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again.”

”I was a single traveller, made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Room was small but adequate for a single person. En-suite was spacious. Mattress was a little firm for my liking. Fantastic location. All in all an excellent stay.”

”Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.”

”Room not properly stocked with tea bags etc Dust on stand and skirting boards. Door would not open fully as got stuck on the floor. Two single beds but not a lot of room to manoeuvre around banged legs on it. kitchen at breakfast - there was no butter 2nd morning and lack of mugs. There were coffee perculators but no coffee to brew only small instant for cups. Food in restaurant- ceasar salad was a big disappointment, chicken overcooked and salad not right leaves for ceasar salad. However staff...
