”This was my favorite hotel we have stayed at in the KC area. Big rooms, great location, friendly staff and clean. We were disappointed at breakfast when we were there 30 minutes before closing time and they were already out of waffle batter, yogurt, cups for juice and no fresh fruit. But the rest of the experience was fantastic. ”

”The gym was quite small as well as the pool. Additionally, somehow my door stop was engaged even though there was no one in my room. The front desk person kindly helped me gain access, but also seemed unsurprised, like this happens often? Just thought I would share as it was alarming to key into my room, but be barred from entering.”

”First I want to say thank you to the front desk associate Clara for being so kind and helpful to me and my mom while we stayed there yesterday. She went out of her way to accommodate us and recommended some fun places to go. Aside from that the hotel was very nice and quiet. My daughters loved the pool. ”

”I booked and paid through expedia. My husband arrived before i did. When I arrived i was suprised to see that we were in the wrong room. They had given us room 147. It was a room with a queen bed, no skirt around the bed, the one chair in the room was dirty, the padding had big stains on it. I immediately went down to the front desk to show them my receipt. I had booked and paid for a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. After much conversation they said they dont have that room for me and that...

”There was no breakfast we booked specifically for continental breakfast however there was no breakfast. We were told that they need to hire a chef for the weekend. Well this wasn’t disclosed when booking not upon arrival. Got up early in the morning to go down for breakfast only to be disappointed.”

”We stayed here for a quick spring break weekend. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area and only about 15 minutes from downtown. The property feels clean and modern, the staff was friendly, our suite was spacious, parking was easy, and breakfast had a good selection. The indoor pool, though, was a big disappointment.
