”Hotel was very nice and tidy. Service couldn't be better! Rooftop terrance and pool was a perfect getaway from the hectic city life. Downstairs chinese restaurant had great food with ok prices - one of the top restaurants in the city! Also breakfast is worth taking! Would totally recommend this hotel for Chennai visitors. ”The staff were magnificent, all very helpful especially amen in the breakfast area. Food was great high quality with a good selection of European and Indian dishes. The facilities in the room were good with access to English language films and sport. ”The bathroom shower area does not have a fully closable glass panel. It is only half closed and because of the gap the water comes out when taking a shower. ”The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting.
