"The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but for a five-star hotel, we expected a bit more â especially fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Our room was on the fifth floor, just below the rooftop terrace on the sixth floor, which stayed open until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, the noise from upstairs carried into our room quite clearly, and it sounded like furniture was being moved around constantly. Thankfully, we had earplugs, which helped us get some sleep since we had an early start the next morning.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel's common areas were luxurious and beautifully designed. However, the room itself could use a bit of a refresh, especially when it comes to surface finishes.
The location is excellent â within walking distance of the main attractions, shops, and restaurants."

"Itâs billed as a luxury hotel and while the room price is sort of that range value for the money not that much. I mean mid level four star business hotel stuff. Friendly, efficient staff and usually plenty of service people, sort of mediocre breakfast and rooms ok, but nowhere near particularly nice. Obviously the location is kind of convenient if you have a late arrival or early departure, but other than that ⊠nah, one can find much better options."
