Independent villa with garden in a residential complex of private villas only, supervised 24/7, reception access for tenants/owners only.
The residence extends along 3km of coastline with amazing white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea and beautiful natural coves with exclusive access for guests.
The villa consists of:

Large living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas and satellite TV, separate fully equipped kitchen with all comforts.
Sleeping area consisting of:

A double bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Two bedrooms with two single beds each and shared bathroom.

Basement consisting of:
Laundry with washing machine.

Worth notice: Porto la Cruzitta, Cala Serraina, Baia Saraceno, Naracu Nieddu, Monti Russu, Rena Majori, Capo Testa e Baia Santa Reparata, Blu Flag 2017.
Equipped areas: Capo Testa, Badesi, Santa Teresa, Rena Majore.

Extra to be paid on the spot:
City tax from June 1st to September 30th € 5 a day, per max 10 nights, over 18 years old.

- Daily cleaning, minimum 3 hours for 2 housekeepers € 210 per time
- Chef service for each lunch or dinner from € 450 to € 600 according to the number of people + food and drink receipt;
- Golf cart from € 500 to € 850/ per week depending on the period;
- High chair or cot at € 50 each/per week;
For other services like Transfer, Baby sitting, Tennis etc. ask for additional services.
