”We expected a bit more of this hotel. The staff was not very friendly and not flexible at all. They were very strict about not giving the room us before 3pm and not showing any empathy for us who had been awake 24 hours after a flight. The parking was also very expensive, 28$ per night. The location was good and the housekeeping did their job well. However the room was quite outdated and in a need of a proper facelift.”

”After reading the reviews I tried to cancel my reservation but wasn’t able to cancel and I’m SOOOOOOOO happy I didn’t. EVERYTHING that I read was negative about this property turned out quite the opposite! I got two rooms for my wife and kids and we had the upmost best of time! These rooms were like penthouses, clean, wonderful views, spacious and ideally located for our holiday vacation. Excellent value for me and my family!!! ”

”This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful!
