”I would highly suggest an ARBnB for the extra fees we were charged we could’ve easily had a bigger place with a lot more amenities. The parking, as high of a price you pay daily it’s hard to secure a spot. Also save yourself some money and just get breakfast at Zippy’s the free breakfast (paid) made the room a little more expensive and for an upgraded menu it’s another $25. Not worth it.”

”Great views. Lovely staff, but not a great neighborhood to stay in. Too many homeless. Restaurants close between 2 pm and 5 pm at night. Unit is dated”

”Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold.”

”The hotel store has great food for those that are too tired to walk across to the malls food court. It's in an ideal location and you can't go wrong by staying here for a quick stop over.”

”First of all there were ROACHES we were told that it had been exterminated a week before we arrived the following week still ROACHES running me I killed 4 my husband killed one me Three or 4 got away. The kitchen area by the microwave smelled like urine. The washer leaked me The tub was badly stained.Pictures my fell in off the wall one larger picture had been glued previously it broke in the same spot. The smoke detector was not screwed into the wall they used stickies it fell off the wall.The...

”Room extremely comfortable and very clean. Staff is the most helpful staff I have ever had in a hotel. Came in after multiple layer overs and late running flights. The staff helped me with luggage both taking it to my room and to the car the next morning. By the time I reached the hotel I had either been sitting in an airport or flying for over 24 hours. Did not have any breakfast, too tired to think about eating.”

”Hotel is in a great location for food and activities like going to the beach. There's a lot of options within walking distance. We had 6 adults for our stay and had a 1 BR room. The first night someone had to sleep on the floor because the sofa sleeper mattress was wet and stained along with the couch cushions. Management told us they would replace it the second day. They only changed the mattress, cushions still wet and gross and refunded one days worth of resort fees.”

”Oasis in the middle of Waikiki! Location is the best you can get in Waikiki. The hotel and the rooms are top notch classy in every detail with a beach house vibe. We had a premium room with Diamond Head view on the 15th floor with a huge terrace I will miss forever. The property is very well maintained and service is immaculate. Do not look further, this is the place to be in Honolulu! ”

”Room was good for what we needed. Loved the free drinks for staying there as well as the wine. Certain staff seemed to be bothered at the main desk when asked about checking things out, even told my sister no then I asked it was ok. Valet was amazing- had one small issue but was handled well and then perfect from then on out. Outdoor pool was great!!”
