Huonoa: Huoneen mukavuus
Ei ole neljän tähden hotelli
Huone oli ahdas, esim vain yksi tuoli, tukalan lämmin. Ilmastointia ei ollut, koska laitteisto osaa vain joko lämmittää tai jäähdyttää, ja talviasetus oli päällä lämpimästä säästä huolimatta. Ikkunaa ei voinut avata liikenteen melun takia. Sijainti on hyvä keskustan laidalla, mutta kokonaisuus on enintään kolmen tähden laatua. Tarjoushinta oli siedettävä, mutta ns normaalihinnalla Cezanne on aivan ylihintainen.

Hôtel bien placé et propre, personnel gentil et a l'écoute mais je ne comprends pas la catégorie 4 étoiles: Pas de restauration, chambre exiguë malgré le surclassement, pas de Spa, soins, sauna piscine etc, pas de minibar et donc pas de frigo. Ascenseur exiguë. Pas de service bagages en chambre, climatisation qui a gouté au sol toute la nuit après que nous l'ayons stopper. Conclusion : Une belle déception!

I was told the hotel is one mins walking from the train station at this website however it will take 20 mins driver taxi from the train station to the hotel

One is located just a 1-minute walk from the hotel, providing service to the surrounding towns only. The second, a 20-minute drive away, is the TGV station for long-distance travel. Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel : - l'accueil - la politesse et gentillesse du personnel - la chambre très bien agencée et la literie confortable XXL - l'emplacement tout proche du centre ville Et même si la météo est mauvaise et qu'il pleut, l'hôtel vous prête un parapluie.

居心地のよい部屋
ヨーロッパのホテルには珍しく、スリッパがあったのはとても助かりました。また水のボトルもお部屋に置いてあったのはありがたかったです。お部屋も清潔感があり、居心地よく綺麗にまとめられていました。受付のスタッフの方もとても感じがよく、いろいろ助けてくださいました。ありがとうございました！

Convenient location. My room was already ready before check in time and we got a free room upgrade. Staff are extremely nice. Only problem is there are not enough hooks and storage space in the bathroom
