”Todo el personal en general, te trata de maravilla, las habitaciones impecables e higienicas, lo que si quedo a deber es la playa, tiene mucha piedra, pero son recursos naturales y se entiende perfectamente bien esa situacion, alimentos de muy buena calidad.”

”Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO ..”

”I stayed in the Family Selection and liked how close to the pool and The Nest restaurant we were. The food was great every time we ate breakfast, lunch or dinner there. All the restaurants we ate at were good overall, depending on what you ordered. The butler service was the best perk ever. Josue, Moises and Isaias were all incredible. They really went above and beyond to help us and provided top notch service. The complimentary sun shirts for our 13 year olds was a life saver (skin saver!)...

”Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en diferentes hoteles de sayulita y sin duda sayulinda fue el mejor :) por su atención y las instalaciones siempre ordenadas y limpias a demás de que a comparación de otras calles el lugar en el que se encuentra por la noche se puede dormir sin escuchar tanto alboroto afuera ”

Upeat huoneet, täydelliset lakanat, ystävällinen ja sydämellinen henkilökunta, mielettömät puitteet ympärillä, täydellinen ruoka (aamupala joka kuuluu hintaan on mieletön) ja super hyvät drinkit. En koe tästä puuttuneen mitään. This place is perfect. The room was a awesome penthouse, with tub over looking the sea, sheets and pillows that were so nice and comfy, the views were awesome. But the staff was the best thing here, friendly and warmhearted,...

”The property was lovely and I a good location. Beach right across the street, and right next To the Malecon. Staff were excellent from front desk to dining room. Kind, polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. ”

”Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five.”

Suosittelemme lämpimästi hotellia, jotka kaipaavat huippu puitteet ja rentouttavaa rantalomaa. Huone oli siisti Jungle Escape room. Rannalle oli alle minuutin kävelymatka.”

”My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

”Si tenía vista al mar pero hubo una muchacha en el lobby que me dijo que tenía todo el mini bar costo extra y al salir de la habitación nos dijo su compañero que era todo gratis ”
