”We brought our own water shoes and snorkeling gear. Didn't get to see any sea turtles, but we heard there were some eating by the sea grass on Baby Beach. The water was so calm and beautiful you could take a nap floating in the water and not get swept out to sea. The resort had a little section of the beach that was set up with a couple canopies that had beach chairs underneath.
The pools were nice and clean.

Room 4 p. Nice room (suite)
Food 1 p. Very little choises, more like school cafeteria or office building restaurant. Open air restaurant had a lot of agressive birds as nets were full of holes. Need more "bird officers" = cats.
Drinks 2 p. Some nice drinks but very limited choise.
Service 2 p. Most of stuff young kids, need more supervision
Cleaning 2,5 p. Room AC filter was clogged with dust. Area full of fallen leaves

”The staff weren’t really helpful. You had to really beg and ask for service a lot of the times same thing with room service. You literally had to tip big for them to come back the next day and even with them coming back the next day, you still need to ask them multiple times”

”The rooms were recently renovated. The pools were in exellent shape. The staff eager to please. I booked here on a whim due to another place I booked that turned out to be a dump. Live and learn.
I had a great time here everyone I met was nice. Can't wait to come back.”
