”The apartment was comfortable with all the necessary essentials of home. A quiet neighborhood and easy access to the apartment with a coded key lock system. The view to the beautiful backyard was a plus. Access to Wi-Fi was easy and fast with no disturbance. We enjoyed our stay. ”

”There were a lot of problems with the stay: 1. No room service. We stayed for 4 days here. They did a very basic room service (only swapped towels / took out the trash) on one of those days. Even on that day, they just left the room door ajar after doing the room service. Luckily nothing was missing. Rest of the days there was no room service, even after asking the front desk for it. 2. Not enough engine chargers in the parking lot. This is problematic if you go aurora hunting, and come back...

”Its an old property but well maintained, we love that there is a lot of things to do in the property ,the kids can play, see the reindeers, the big love ALASKA sign , it’s proximity to the airport , there’s a restaurant and car rental within the property.The shuttle that picked us and dropped us off to the airport was a big plus, staff were not as friendly as advertised though ( not sure if it’s because we checked in very late at night, breakfast was the same everyday and there was always a...

”Nice, clean room, friendly staff. I didn’t use the airport shuttle. A little breakfast till 11am. No coffeemaker in the room, but free coffee at the reception office. ”

”Nice people but the property is in poor condition. Floors dirty, other guest stuff under the bed. People were Smoking in the building smell was very strong. Parking did have an outlet to plug in our vehicle that was great. ”

”I was there for 5 days and cleaning staff did not come up once to clean the trash or replace my towels. The laundry room is there but the machines are disgusting with grime and smells bad. There was only one that I found appearing used by anyone at all. A laundromat on College and University has better machines, prices, and doesn't make you feel yuck!”

”The place was definitely amazing. You can order food delivery from Walmart, but getting around without a car is extremely expensive. 75-100 dollars one way to anywhere. ”
