”The room was visibly dirty. Crumbs on the floor, hand prints on the walls and bathroom doors, soap scum, etc... I had to use an alcohol wipe and sanitize main surfaces because I didn't quite trust it. You get what you pay for?! Otherwise, the room was comfortable, the space layout was nice and the location was great and convenient.”

”Upon arrival was greeted by staff and informed of what time breakfast was served. The room was clean and amenities were clean as well....the refrigerator was clean and bathroom was clean.
The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles and other items that were excellent.
The hotel was quiet and location was perfect to go shopping for essentials, restaurants/fast food and gas stations.”

”The hotel was nice but I picked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When I arrived I was told to use their app to order the shuttle for the next morning. I did and scheduled at 5am pick up. That morning at 4am I was notified by hotel personal that there was no shuttle and to find my own way, and pay to pay for it myself. I am a senior and never used UBER. I got to the airport and at 6am I was notified by the app my shuttle service was canceled. A very upsetting morning.”
