”Nick and Julie were very welcoming with lots of advice on where to eat and see. Would definately return. Very convenient location with easy walking access to town square and pubs. ”
”We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too.
Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels.
Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didn’t hugely impact on us. Connection instructions weren’t correct but we worked it out eventually.
Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. ”
”The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. ”

”We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Garden Inn as a family to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was highly convenient, especially as we were visiting Waterworld waterpark right next door – it made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable.
