”This was my third stay over the past eight years and I have to say I love the location and how accessible the hotel is to central Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. I was disappointed this time to see how unkempt the gardens and rear parking lot were. Garbage and leaves had never been picked up and gardens full of weeds. The hotel exterior is much in need of repainting and the interior needs a complete refurbishment as the carpets are dirty and stained, the bed was uncomfortable and the...

”Hotel restaurant closed but staff very helpful with nearby restaurant recommendations.”

”Hotel staff were exceptionally helpfull & friendly. Room was very spacious wth a huge comfortable bed & the bathroom / shower facilities were great. The Bar and restaurant had a very relaxing atmospere.”

”Check in & parking was easy, with plenty spaces (for a charge - cheaper at weekends), and the staff were lovely. The hotel seemed well staffed and busy with other guest, which is always a good sign. The rooms were lovely, clean and fresh with hand-soap and plenty of towels. We only stayed one night and the room was quiet, the bed and bedding was soft and comfortable and the air conditioning was a pleasant temp to be able to sleep. We will definitely consider this hotel to stay in again.”

”Room was spacious and well maintained. Reception staff very helpful and efficient.”

”clean, silent, great location”

”Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was dominated by repeating payment-handling errors and poor customer treatment. Due to a mistake by the hotel, I was not charged for the stay at the check-in. On the following day, I received an email regarding the outstanding payment, and I immediately returned to the hotel and paid the outstanding balance. I specifically asked more than once whether the amount charged covered the entire stay and was repeatedly assured that it did. Despite this, I...

”Good”

”Clean and nice room Slightly far from bars/ restaurants but still in walking distance”

”Nice hotel, helpful staff, plenty parking onsite and comfy rooms. Buffet breakfast was very good.”

”Hyvä kuntosali, jossa vapaapainoja ja laitteita.”

”Nice room with a good view. Tasty breakfast.”
