”They put me into the top of the building up 4 flights of stairs in a room with no radiator BUT a fan from Argos approx 10 in tall was the only form of Heat =ABSOLUTE PATHETIC !”

”The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...

”We had travelled about 190 miles for a wedding, arriving about 12:30 and looking for suitable facilities to change in, only to be offered the use of the disabled toilet. Far from ideal, but we managed. The room like the hotel looked dated, with only 1 packet of biscuits for the 2 of us, only bathroom amenities was a small round of hand soap, a pump dispenser of soap and shampoo over the bath, and the shower wasn't up to much either. The location and views were really nice. ”

”Arrived late at night for early morning flight. Staff attentive and helpful. Didn't use any other facilities so unable to review those but the room was comfortable and clean. ”

”Room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we felt the quality of the food didn’t reflect the price. We paid around £100 for an evening meal which included two mains, a shared Camembert to start, and two drinks, but we didn’t feel the quality of the food justified the price tag. The meal itself was quite bland and lacked imagination. The sauce with the main was overly salty, and the bread was extremely dry, as though it had been left...

”The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. ”
