Asunnot – Amelia Island

”My husband and I planned a VERY last minute getaway to Amelia Island. We literally made our reservation and arrived later that day. We could not have asked for a better experience. Herons Hideaway is a true hidden gem! Peter and Karen have thought through every detail to make it a comfortable and memorable experience and their hospitality is unmatched! We will definitely be back!”

”I think the only thing I’d add would maybe be a small television upstairs in the corner under the air conditioning unit. Other than that, everything was perfect and we’d love to stay again!”

”Beach was literally across the street which is what we were looking for ”

”My son and I made an end-of-summer trip to Amelia Island. We go a few times a year. I typically rent properties on VRBO, and in all the places we’ve stayed, this was my favorite! I loved that the condo was 2 stories, so you had living quarters upstairs, and the bedrooms downstairs. The host, Michelle, has thought of everything. Every time someone checked in above us you could hear them walk and talk so loud that we had to use ear plugs to get sleep. On our last night a group of 10 checked in,...

”The view is what makes this such a great condo. It was clean and as described. ”

”Clean, quiet, friendly staff, good bed/bedding. ”

”Absolutely beautiful space! Super clean abdomen thoughtfully decorated!”

”Great location. Super cute. Loaded with everything we needed. Shower pressure was great!”

”Clean and nice amenities”

”Very nice and clean with great proximity to surrounding areas. This was our second stay here and wonderful as usual.”

”Beautiful space, very clean! Would love to stay again sometime.”

”Clean and close proximity”

”The host was good with communicating. Our stay was almost perfect. Upon arrival we were greeted by a crazy amount of mosquitoes and knats due to the valet trash which is not the hosts fault. What I was not happy about was the fact that there were only 3 old towels and they smelled as if they had been sitting wet for a long period of time. I had to wash the towels about 4 times before the smell started to fade but once the towels were wet again after a shower the smell was back. In my opinion,...
