Did not meet the expectations. For example very limited timetable regarding the free airport shuttle, had to use taxi for early morning flight. The room was also very basic at the best.

The room was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was wonderful and on time. It's about a 10 minute ride. My only complaint was the squeaking hinges of the bathroom door. Our neighbor was in the bathroom all night, and you have to open the door to get in and then close it to use the toilet. So the constant open and closing with the loud squeaking of the door kept me awake the whole night. Please management, use some WD40 on the bathroom hinges!!

Very convenient to Schiphol airport and railway station. By using the free shuttle bus to and from the hotel it is easy to travel to various cities in the Netherlands for day trips.

The outside and inside of the building were dirty. My bathroom stunk of old urine like a train station and the sheets felt so unwashed that I laid my clothes out and laid on top of them. The food at the resturant was not great, with hardly any vegetarian options. Just not good. And I don’t even have very high standards, just looking for a clean place. The floors were also sticky but even if washed still had a thick layer of grim from previous guests, walls had marks and stains from god knows what. It was far worse than many seedy hostels I’ve stayed at for €25 a night and the hallway door squeaked by my room all night. I didn’t leave after dark. Not an enjoyable stay at all. Please stay anywhere else lol

Convenient and bed was comfy. Free shuttle bus was not working and many travelers stranded at airport for over an hour. Beware shower floor dangerously slippery. Worked fine for us between flights but the hotel was disappointing.

Great place to stay when waiting for a flight out of Schiphol airport. Comfy beds. Great restaurant, the buffet breakfast was amazing! We arrived at 10:30 am and we were allowed in our room already!! Free shuttle to and from the airport. Would definitely stay there again!

perfectly adequate for an early flight out of Schiphol, shuttle runs from 6A on so your covered though we hit a mid day spot when a small van was running and couldn’t accommodate our party.

The staff was friendly and competent. The shuttle service was very convenient. Sadly, the hairdryer in our bathroom was hard to use, it always stopped working after like a couple minutes. The breakfast buffet was lacking in variety considering the price we paid and the coffee and milk was barely drinkable. We also thought that only serving breakfast from 6am to 9am during weekdays was a little too early considering we were on vacation. Also the wifi in the hotel was severely unstable, it kept disconnecting. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Check-in was smooth, the room is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is located at the end of the Schiphol runway, but we didn’t hear much noise.
